Feeling anxious these days is understandable and completely okay.
Gently try to stay present, while taking sensible, logical mindful actions towards protecting your health. It doesn’t need to be stressful. With quality, presence and care, take the next logical steps towards that. Imbue each step with peace and presence. Adding stress to these steps won’t help the situation or your immune system.
