See the difference it makes to give yourself praise for the next hour. Tell yourself something like: “you are doing amazing (put your name here) what a great job you are doing!” Encourage yourself for the next hour, be your own best friend and comforter and see how it feels :)

When you have anxiety, or feel down, depressed or worthless, every little act of kindness you can show to yourself helps. Each little step should be celebrated, because let's face it, If you are feeling down or like a mess, sometimes getting out of bed feels like an impossible task. That's okay, don't judge yourself for it, we all go through those moments, it's what makes us human. So you are not alone in this. The one thing that can help you move forward is to take a small action and celebrate it as an accomplishment. It will increase non-judgment and will raise your
self-love in that moment. The more you celebrate the small accomplishments the more life is celebrated.
