Be very gently with yourself, in forgiving yourself for not being able to forgive.
it's not what you do, it's HOW you do it (how gently you forgive yourself and others and everything you see.) With patience. All done with kindness and gentleness. Forgiveness is still, it merely looks and waits and judges not. It smiles.
So a lot of mindfulness goes into not only what you forgive but HOW gently you forgive yourself.
"A good course in miracles student is a bad Course in Miracles student, who is good at forgiving himself." ~Ken Wapnick
The greatest thing you can wash off gently from your stain glass window (your dream) is your healthy body, the window, and everybody in the dream :)
You wash off by simply realizing it never happened. It is only happening in your mind.
You can realize you were never born you will never die, neither will
anyone that you know or have known.
Why would God do that? Only YOU is inventing this Karma Torture.
No one is laying in a grave.
Why would God entomb itself in a tomb.
"Now you as the spirit of God, do not live in time.
Your timeless Self, your spiritual Self, exists in a permanent universe in which all imperfection is impossible. And when you are in the consciousness of that Spiritual Self, abiding in it, rejecting all that denies it, you are accepting the Reality of God Being. You are accepting the nowness of God.
And you can learn to look at that picture in time of a stormy sea , or the picture in time of a ship at sea about to sink, or the picture in time of disease, or the picture in time of any form of discord, or the picture in time of murder in a certain city, And you can learn not to accept it, and to behold what is truly there, the unchanging reality of God, heaven, eternally here NOW.
A Christ walks out on the waters of time and says, "Peace be still" because he
knows what is already there, the eternal Now, finished whole perfect, not the
dream of changing time. Christ knows what is in Eternity is already perfect and
that knowing will transpire in the illusion of time.
Christ walks outside of time, untouched by time. Christ walks and lives in
Heaven, untouched by death or birth...
Now we are standing in the Consciousness that there is no time; that time is
standing still. And we'll hold that until we feel it. Let time for you part and reveal
that the Red Sea was just an illusion in time..." ~ Herb Fitch
"Into Eternity, where all is One, there crept a tiny, mad idea, at which the Son of God remembered not, to laugh." A Course in Miracle
I LOVE THAT LESSON one of my favorites:
"There is nothing to fear"
"The presence of fear is a sure sign you are trusting in your own strength."
"God is the strength in which I trust"
Wow: "Remember that peace is YOUR RIGHT because you are giving your trust to the strength of God."
