Be very gently with yourself, in forgiving yourself for not being able to forgive.
it's not what you do, it's HOW you do it (how gently you forgive yourself and others and everything you see.) With patience. All done with kindness and gentleness. Forgiveness is still, it merely looks and waits and judges not. It smiles. So a lot of mindfulness goes into not only what you forgive but HOW gently you forgive yourself.
