Be very gently with yourself, in forgiving yourself for not being able to forgive.
it's not what you do, it's HOW you do it (how gently you forgive yourself and others and everything you see.) With patience. All done with kindness and gentleness. Forgiveness is still, it merely looks and waits and judges not. It smiles.
So a lot of mindfulness goes into not only what you forgive but HOW gently you forgive yourself.
"A good Course In Miracles student is a bad Course in Miracles student, who is good at forgiving himself." ~Ken Wapnick
Being fearless: You SHINE. When you are unafraid you SHINE. You become a light for yourself and the world. Perfectly confident. That is what we are asked for in this lesson. To inherit our divine right: to BE UNAFRAID!

Don't even take your body personally or seriously.
Forgive yourself for dreaming that you are a mortal body that can die and be crushed like an Ant any second:
Carrying any story is VERY heavy like a great big rock.
The greatest rock (fear) that Yogi Ant is carrying, is the belief that God hates him and threw him out of heaven. (That's a BIG load to carry!)
You are pure spirit, a mind incorporeal, dreaming that you are an impermanent, mortal body and dreaming that God hates you.
The body is the greatest rock you can carry.
It is the perfect torture instrument you can project.
It is impermanent, frail, and can be crushed and die any second, like an Ant.
The greatest sickness you can invent is a healthy body.
(Coming soon here, "The Ant Crush")
A small talk about Yogi Ant and its greatest unconscious guilt, the greatest rock he is carrying.
“While the practice of forgiveness, or undoing guilt, is usually experienced as complex and long term, it can be understood essentially as a three-step process (see, e.g., T-5.VIl.6; W-pI.23.5; W-pl.70.1-4: W-pI.196.7-11). The first step reverses the projection as we realize that the guilt is not in another but in ourselves. Second, now that the guilt has been brought to our attention and we recognize that its source is in us, we undo this decision by choosing to see ourselves as guiltless Sons of God, rather than guilty sons of the ego. These two steps are our responsibility; the final one is the Holy Spirit's, Who is able to take the guilt from us now that we have released it to Him, looking at it with His Love beside us, and thus without judgment and guilt. This looking without judgment, in gentle laughter, is the meaning of forgiveness. Using the workbook as our guide, we become trained over time to hear the Holy Spirit's Voice, learning that all things are opportunities to learn forgiveness (W-pI.193).”

The greatest thing you can wash off gently from your stain glass window (your dream) is your healthy body, the window, and everybody in the dream :)
You wash off by simply realizing it never happened. It is only happening in your mind.
You can realize you were never born you will never die, neither will
anyone that you know or have known.
Why would God do that? Only YOU is inventing this Karma Torture.
No one is laying in a grave.
Why would God entomb itself in a tomb.
Forgive yourself for dreaming you could ever be hurt. Forgive yourself for dreaming there is anybody else out there.
No one can seemingly hurt you but yourself. Not God.
